Collections Specialist

Base Compensation: $38K-$40k plus incentives

As a Collections Specialist, you'll be a key part of our team, tasked with ensuring the financial health of our credit union while providing compassionate support to our members.

Your Role:

• Actively assisting members by offering tailored financial advice.
• Engaging in problem-solving and account maintenance to enhance member satisfaction.
• Managing a high call volume efficiently, collecting on credit union loan products, and utilizing skip tracing techniques.
• Collaborating with peers and supervisors to foster a supportive, innovative work environment.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend our Credit Union products and services to better serve our members' financial needs.

What You'll Need:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous experience in Collections and/or Customer Service.
• Experience in a Call Center environment (preferred).
• Proficient computer skills.
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work and teamwork.
