This Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of all FORUM’s facilities and grounds, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment. This includes overseeing maintenance and repairs, building improvements, cleaning of facilities, management of budgets, building security, and supervision of staff. This position plays a key role in planning and development of new construction and renovation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
This position is located at our Fishers Headquarters and is 100% onsite
