This position is onsite at our Fishers, IN headquarters. Must be willing to work in office.

 

Join our team as a Communication Specialist and be the architect behind our company’s intranet, ensuring employees stay informed and connected. You'll craft engaging email content using SalesForce Marketing Cloud and collaborate with leaders to curate essential company information. This role is at the heart of our communication strategy, fostering a connected workplace. Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the intranet site as the central hub for internal communication, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging by collaborating with leaders across departments.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance intranet usability, navigation, and employee experience.
  • Monitor platform updates and best practices to continuously improve intranet functionality and ensure system uptime.
  • Ensure content standards, governance, and publishing guidelines are met for consistency and quality.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to increase employee awareness of company news, initiatives, and events, tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
  • Utilize various communication channels (intranet, email, video, etc.) to reinforce key messages and maximize reach.
  • Promote participation in company initiatives by creating and following a content calendar to increase employee awareness.
  • Track and report on intranet usage, engagement metrics, and communication effectiveness, using insights to refine content and strategies.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Technical aptitude to support back-end maintenance of the intranet.
  • Creative aptitude to facilitate the creation of engaging content.
