FORUM Credit Union is looking for a Mortgage Servicing Investor Reporting Specialist to support critical investor reporting functions while managing specialized mortgage servicing activities, including subordinations, construction loan administration, workout modifications, and loan maintenance activities.

The Mortgage Servicing Investor Reporting Specialist is responsible for completing all required reporting to mortgage investors and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and reporting requirements. This role also supports a variety of mortgage servicing functions, including subordinations, construction loan modifications, workout documentation, charge-off account support, and construction-to-permanent loan processing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and committed to providing exceptional service to both internal and external partners.

What you'll do:

• Complete month-end and ongoing reporting requirements for mortgage investors, including Fannie Mae (FNMA), FHLBI, and private investors.
• Process daily remittances, loan payoffs, rate adjustments, PMI cancellations, and investor reporting updates.
• Research, correct, and resolve investor reporting exceptions, rejects, balancing schedules, and reconciliation issues.
• Process loan deferrals, workout loan documentation, and servicing requests in support of the Collections Department.
• Complete subordination agreements, partial releases, and other lien-related servicing activities.
• Manage matured loan reports and monitor loan maintenance activities.
• Process construction-to-permanent loan modifications, loan recasts, and related servicing transactions.
• Monitor Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) and Builders Risk insurance coverage for loans during the construction phase.
• Respond to department requests, manage assigned inbox responsibilities, and adhere to department service standards and phone schedules.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years of similar or related mortgage servicing, reporting, loan operations, or financial services experience.
